Friston Forest has long been a local favourite for the past 20 years or so. Why? Claire Townsend, Peacehaven

We went on our first guided bike ride, it was a well thought out route suitable for all, some really fast descents and lovely scenery on trails I hadn't been on before. I felt totally at ease and the company was ideal. Highly recommend coming along, I'm looking forward to the next adventure
